Davey's Angels is a 501(c)(3) formed in 2019 in Tigard, Oregon.
The two founders, Tony Cichoke and Thomas Fortune, and the board members have vast experience in Vision Assessment and Training. Davey's Angels uses this vast experience, and that of our Partners, to make assessment and Optometric care accessible for even the most underserved children.
